The most “pura vida” thing about Costa Rica is the country itself- the endless cloud forests, pristine beaches, friendly people (who refer to themselves as ticos) and of course…the food.
Naperville District 203 Students who are heading to Costa Rica for the 2023 Group Trip will prepare, and sample, some of the most popular and authentic local specialities of Costa Rica.
This is an exclusive event scheduled with District 203 and Ask Aunt V specifically for students traveling to Costa Rica in 2023. the menu will include
- Gallo Pinto (black beans and rice)
- Patacones (fried plaintain)
- Tortillas de queso (Cheese and Corn Tortillas ‘ gluten-free)
- Batidos (local fruit smoothies)
