Naturally fermented bread. A healthier-for-you homemade bread concept, resulting in a tastier, nutritionally superior wild-yeast bread, fermentation trigger the release of vital nutrients and breaks down carbohydrates. Every style of bread imaginable, including gluten-free.

First, we make the starter. Each month we will go through the process of creating new breads, rolls, muffins, flatbreads, specialty breads, and even a few desserts. Join us… and let the baking bread begin.

We meet the fourth Saturday of every month. Class will include hands-on demonstration and you will leave with a bread to bake for dinner. Price includes a 3-Month Membership.

Month 3 – Beginner Rolls

Following months will include gluten-free bread, breads, rolls, desserts, and more. We plan to build a community of bread makers. Come join us~
